Terms of Use

Version 1.0 — in force from 12 September 2026. They govern the empokerment.com website in the phase before launch. The trial version of the game, when it opens, will have its own terms and its own rules of play.

In short. This is a presentation website. There is nothing to play, nothing to buy, no money and no prizes. The only thing you can do here is leave your email address to be told when the trial version opens.

These details also serve as the mandatory information on the provider of an information society service under Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003, implementing Directive 2000/31/EC.

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the empokerment.com website and all its pages. By accessing the site you accept them in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

3. What EMPOKERMENT is

EMPOKERMENT is a variant of No Limit Texas Hold'em in which the pot is awarded in two stages whenever a total commitment of chips (all-in) is called before the last community card (the river), so that the best hand revealed at the moment of the decision receives a predetermined share of the pot. The variant is developed as a discipline of skill and the trademark is registered.

The trial version under construction will be played with chips that have no economic value and expressly involves:

no stake and no payment to play;
no prize, whether in money or in goods;
no purchase of chips, no exchange between users, no transfer to third parties;
no conversion of chips into money, goods, services or any other benefit.

It follows that the service does not constitute gambling, gaming for money, betting or a prize competition, and does not fall within the activities reserved to licensed operators.

4. What you can do on the site today

You can read the pages and, if you wish, join the announcement list by leaving your email address and giving your consent to receive communications. Joining is free of charge, does not constitute a contract, creates no obligation on our part and no right over the future service, and may be withdrawn at any time.

By submitting the form you declare that the address is yours, that the data provided is truthful and that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Proper use

You undertake not to use the site for unlawful purposes and in particular not to: enter other people's addresses or false data; attempt to access restricted areas; interfere with the operation of the site through automated tools, bulk submissions or attacks; systematically extract content; reproduce the site or parts of it on other services.

6. Availability of the service and limitation of liability

The site is offered free of charge and as it stands. In particular:

the dates, features, rules and content described may change as development proceeds;
the service may be suspended or interrupted for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control;
nothing published here constitutes an offer to the public, a commitment to launch or a solicitation of investment.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit arising from the use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the mandatory rights granted to consumers.

7. Intellectual property

EMPOKERMENT® is a registered trademark. The name, logo, texts, images, video, graphics, structure and software of the site belong to All In Channel Entertainment & Communication di Pietro Semeraro or to its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and unfair competition law.

You may read the pages and share them by link. Without written authorisation it is prohibited to: copy, reproduce, translate, adapt or distribute the content for commercial purposes; use the trademark or confusingly similar signs; present the variant, its rules or the percentages that characterise it as your own; use the material to train automated systems. 8. Reporting content

If you believe that published content infringes a right of yours, write to info@allinchannel.com stating the address of the page and the reason for the report: we will check without delay and, if the report is well founded, remove the content.

9. Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to pages not under our control: we are not responsible for their content or for their data practices.

10. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy; the use of cookies and measurement tools in the cookie policy.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms will be replaced when the trial version opens and updated with every new feature of the platform. Every version is published with its number and date of entry into force; using the site after publication means accepting the version then in force.

12. Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Varese has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless you are acting as a consumer: in that case jurisdiction lies with the court of your place of residence or domicile, and you remain free to use the European online dispute resolution platform.
