Cookie Policy
In short. Without your consent the site installs no measurement cookie at all: it works just the same and we do not know who you are. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to count visits. You can change your mind whenever you like, from the button at the bottom of this page.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website saves on your device to remember information from one page to the next or from one visit to the next. Alongside cookies there are similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, which this policy treats in the same way.

The site uses no advertising or profiling cookies, builds no individual profiles and passes no data to advertising networks.
Typefaces and every other asset are hosted on empokerment.com itself: when you open the pages your browser contacts no third-party server, and nothing leaves your device before you make your choice on the banner.
The sign-up form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which sets its own technical security cookies. It does not start when you simply read the page: it is activated only when you begin filling in the form, and its sole purpose is to tell people apart from automated programs. It is not used to measure visits or for advertising; the details are in Google's privacy policy.
3. Legal basis and consent
Technical cookies require no consent, under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. Third-party statistical cookies are installed only after your consent, given through the banner on your first visit. The banner allows you to accept or refuse with equal ease; if you refuse, no measurement tool is activated. Your choice is remembered for six months, after which you will be asked again.
4. Who processes the data collected
Measurement data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. as data processor. Processing takes place in the European Union with possible transfers to the United States, covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision and, in the alternative, by the Standard Contractual Clauses. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses: it uses them to infer an approximate location and then discards them. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off in the property settings, and no data sharing for marketing purposes is enabled.
5. How to withdraw or change your choice
You can change your decision at any time using the button below: it clears the saved choice and deletes the measurement cookies already stored on your device. Alternatively you can delete or block cookies from your browser settings: instructions are in the help pages of the browser you use.

7. Changes
